All registered players should attend all evaluation sessions scheduled for their age group.

Spring player evaluation sessions are scheduled for Sunday, January 8 through Tuesday, January 10. The full evaluations schedule, organized by age groups, is listed below. In order to participate in evaluations and to be eligible to be placed on a team, players must be REGISTERED and CURRENT ON ALL FEES.

The coaching staff holds evaluations twice a year in order to assess new players coming into the club and to track the progress of current players. The HESC coaching staff evaluates all players during the season and then decides which players will benefit from movement. It is never the club’s intention to disrupt team chemistry. The coaching staff’s intention is to place kids on teams where they have the best opportunity to excel.

Team placements will be communicated to the Team Managers on Saturday, Jan 14.
